ORDERING

We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change or cancel the order as once it has been processed it cannot be altered. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email immediately. Please note this is only applicable to Internet orders.
In the instance that item(s) you have ordered are currently out of stock you will receive a letter to notify you of the out of stock issue. Once the item(s) become available your order will be dispatched immediately.
The stock levels on our website are updated regularly throughout the day. To confirm you have successfully ordered an item that is low in stock, call our customer service team on 01794 527476 for the UK, Toll-Free 1800 83 84 89 (Australia) or 0800 55 77 99 (New Zealand) with the product name and code handy - we will advise you if the item is in stock.

Order delivery generally takes 7-21 days subject to stock availability.

Your refund will be processed within 14 to 28 days.
For orders paid by cheque or money order a refund will be issued by cheque. For orders paid by credit card a refund will be issued to the credit card account holder. For orders paid by PayPal, a refund will be issued to the same PayPal account. Please note that customers are required to pay postage & package when returning items for refund unless the item(s) are faulty.
